Custom Builds are handled as separate projects and will include a defined scope, pricing, and timeline provided during the quoting process.
Ongoing services, including hosting, maintenance, and updates, are not included unless explicitly stated and may be offered separately through an optional Care Plan.
To ensure timely delivery of your website, you agree to provide the following:

Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may result in adjusted timelines, for which Simply Built Websites is not responsible.
Each project includes revisions necessary to complete the agreed-upon design and functionality.
We aim to keep the process flexible and collaborative while maintaining clear project boundaries.
Project timelines vary based on the selected package and project scope.
Timelines begin only after all required content and materials have been submitted.
Delivery timelines may be affected by client responsiveness, revision requests, or project complexity. We do not guarantee specific completion dates.
You will have the opportunity to review your website before it is launched.
Final payment is required before the website is launched, transferred, or made publicly accessible.
Ownership of the final website is transferred to you only after full payment has been received.
Any changes requested after completion may require additional fees.
If you become unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned.
No refunds will be issued, and restarting may require a new project fee.
We offer an optional Care Plan ($49/month) that includes ongoing hosting, maintenance, and minor updates.
Requests outside the scope of minor updates may require additional fees.
If you cancel or decline the Care Plan, you are responsible for managing your own hosting, security, and maintenance. We are not responsible for issues that arise after cancellation.
Upon full payment, you own the final version of your website, including its content, text, images, and overall design as delivered.
Simply Built Websites retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, code structures, development methods, and reusable design elements used to create the site.
We reserve the right to reuse general design concepts, layouts, components, and techniques in future projects.
We also reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Our services may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to hosting platforms, payment processors (such as Stripe), domain registrars, analytics tools, and form or communication services.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for any outages, downtime, data loss, security issues, or performance limitations caused by them.
Any issues related to third-party services must be resolved with the respective provider.
We build high-quality, performance-focused websites, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
By using our services, you acknowledge that website performance and business results cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Built Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the project.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to accessibility requirements (such as ADA compliance), privacy laws, and industry-specific regulations.
Simply Built Websites is not responsible for any legal claims, lawsuits, or penalties arising from your website’s content, accessibility, or compliance with applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Built Websites from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
